1. Who We Are

This website is operated by AL RUYA AL MUSTAQBALIYYA ELECTRONICS TRADING L.L.C (“AL RUYA”, “we”, “us”, “our”), a limited liability company registered in Dubai, United Arab Emirates under Commercial License No. 1455806, with its registered office at AL KHABEESI, DEIRA, DUBAI, Commercial Bank of Dubai Building, United Arab Emirates. By using this website or purchasing from us, you agree to these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree, please do not use the website or place an order.

2. Products & Services

We supply technology products and services under our licensed trade activities, including:

• Enterprise and business software licensing (delivered digitally);
• Communication systems and network software;
• Data processing and IT infrastructure solutions;
• Computer hardware and associated software solutions;
• Digital accessories, peripheral software and firmware;
• Gaming software, digital game keys and digital content;
• Mobile software, device management and app integration solutions.

Product descriptions, compatibility requirements and delivery methods are stated in the written quotation issued for each order. Digital products are delivered electronically to the email address you provide; physical goods (where agreed) are shipped per the terms in the quotation.

3. Ordering, Quotations & Prices

• Orders are placed by requesting a quotation via this website, email or phone. A quotation becomes a binding order only when you accept it in writing and we confirm acceptance.
• Prices are quoted in USD or AED (as stated on the quotation) and are exclusive of any applicable taxes, duties or bank charges unless stated otherwise. UAE VAT is applied where required by law.
• Quotations are valid for the period stated on them (14 days by default).
• We may decline or cancel an order where we reasonably suspect fraud, license abuse, sanctions exposure or a pricing error; any amount already paid for a cancelled order is refunded in full.

4. Payments

• Card payments are processed by Stripe, a PCI-DSS Level 1 certified payment processor. We never see or store your full card details.
• Charges appear on your card statement under the descriptor “AL RUYA”.
• Payment is due before delivery unless credit terms are expressly agreed in writing.
• You confirm that you are authorised to use the payment method provided and that the billing information you supply is accurate.

5. Digital Delivery

• Digital products are typically delivered within 24 hours of payment confirmation, and no later than the delivery window stated in your quotation.
• Delivery is made to the email address you provide. You are responsible for ensuring it is correct and can receive attachments/links.
• Risk in digital products passes on delivery of the license key, download link or credentials.

6. Licenses & Acceptable Use

• Software and digital content are licensed, not sold. Your use is governed by the applicable publisher’s end-user license agreement (EULA) in addition to these Terms.
• You may not resell, share or activate license keys in breach of the publisher’s terms, use our products for unlawful purposes, or attempt to defraud us or any payment provider.
• Regional restrictions may apply to certain digital products; these are disclosed in the quotation where applicable.

7. Refunds

Refunds, returns and cancellations are governed by our Refund & Return Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

8. Warranties & Liability

• We warrant that products are genuine, sourced from legitimate publishers/distributors, and match the description in your quotation.
• Except as expressly stated, products are provided with the warranties offered by their publisher/manufacturer. We pass through such warranties to the extent we are able.
• To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, loss of data or loss of profits.
• Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law, including mandatory consumer rights.

9. Website Use & Intellectual Property

• Content on this website (text, logos, graphics) belongs to us or our licensors and may not be reproduced without permission.
• You agree not to misuse the website, attempt unauthorised access, or submit false or misleading information through our forms.

10. Privacy

Our handling of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy.

11. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Emirate of Dubai and the federal laws of the United Arab Emirates. The courts of Dubai have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protections that apply in your country of residence. We encourage you to contact us first — most concerns are resolved amicably within a few business days.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The version published on this page at the time you place an order applies to that order. Material changes will be indicated by updating the “Last updated” date above.
